Depends how complex you want to go.
An excellent sequencing package I use, at a good price, is QWS,
http://qws.andrelouis.com. Best of all, it is free, and completely
accessible, since it was written by James Bowden, who is himself blind.
You could do a lot worse, as it does all I need.
