Hi Carol,

I think you can force the formatting to change by putting in a section break.

I think you'll find it in the Insert menu.

I hope this helps

Take care

Subject: [access-uk] MS WORD 2003 FORMATTING

Hi all,

I'm having real trouble with the formatting of a document in MS Word as the format just wants to follow the previous paragraph.

I'm sure I recall a setting in earlier versions of Word where you could choose whether or not to follow paragraph formatting but I can't find it here ...

Help would be much appreciated and I hope someone knows what I mean! <Smiles>
