Hi Carol,I think you can force the formatting to change by putting in a section break.
I think you'll find it in the Insert menu. I hope this helps Take care James, Lyn, Nash and Twinny----- Original Message ----- From: "Carol Pearson" <carol.pearson29@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx>

Hi all,I'm having real trouble with the formatting of a document in MS Word as the format just wants to follow the previous paragraph.I'm sure I recall a setting in earlier versions of Word where you could choose whether or not to follow paragraph formatting but I can't find it here ...Help would be much appreciated and I hope someone knows what I mean! <Smiles>-- Carol carol.pearson29@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx ** To leave the list, click on the immediately-following link:- ** [mailto:access-uk-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx?subject=unsubscribe] ** If this link doesn't work then send a message to: ** access-uk-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx ** and in the Subject line type ** unsubscribe ** For other list commands such as vacation mode, click on the ** immediately-following link:- ** [mailto:access-uk-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx?subject=faq] ** or send a message, to ** access-uk-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx with the Subject:- faq
