What's the advantage(s) of that though compared to programs like Walking 
Hotspot or Joiku?

Hi Martin.

What you'd probably be best off doing is either connecting your phone
directly to your laptop using a cable or via Bluetooth.  These will ensure a
secure connection between your phone and computer and you can use the PC
Suite application to achieve this.
