Hi Dave,

Not quite so good that, because if you don't want to overwrite a particular
file, and you say no, the whole thing cancels out.  Have a look at Karen's
Replicator.  Makes the job much simpler, and even replicates deletions if
you are brave enough.  For example, if you delete a file from the source, it
can only optionally though, delete the same file from the target too.  This
is cool stuff, and it's free.

Hi, order things by date in Windows Explorer then you can select and copy
what you want. Newer files overwrite older ones anyway so you can just copy
everything and leave it at that.
