Yes, that would be good, a Talks licence based on the user. It would be so 
much better than paying £150 for the original Talks and £50 thereafter. Why 
can't we just pay one licence that will work on multiple phones, providing 
we're the same user? I don't mind this scheme, but the newer scheme's the 
way to go I feel.
