Hi David,
This wasn't agist.
The person I am dealing with is bright and truly charming,and not a stick in the mud.
However, until two years ago was both fullly sighted and extremely active.
My sense is that frankly she wants it to be easy she was to turn on and listen.
Because of limited dexterity she find touch screens very difficult.
I wasn't making  an agist remark, but I now realise that is how it appeared.
