Hi, to retune the box you need to press the menu button, which is the one above
the standby, then
the yellow button, which is the third from the left where the 4 colour buttons
are above the joystick.

I heard on the radio tonight that Radio 4 might need re-tuning on freeview
boxes. The announcer said we should use the re-tune button. Well, our radio 4
has gone walkabout and I can't remember where the re-tune feature is.
