As far as I know tnetgem is the only one that does so. I remember long ago
before netgem that there was some experiment with RNIB and some box, but
that required that the sound of the channel and AD were seprate, which meant
that you had to listen to AD through the headfones, persnally not my cup of
tea...

So am I right in thinking that the NetGem box is still the only set top box that can get audio description on the freeview platform?

Hello,
I have recently got a Netgem I-Player with audio description and would like to know if there is a mailing list devoted to the product. There is a
withforum which you can get to from the Netgem web site, but this seems to deal
all their products, not just the audio-described I-Player.
Thanks,
Caroline. -- No virus found in this outgoing message. Checked by AVG Anti-Virus. Version: 7.0.306 / Virus Database: 265.8.7 - Release Date: 10/02/2005
