usual old arguments apply here. why do we need an access site at all? the tesco site that already exists is really quite accessible though some usability changes may help here. They would be a lot better spending their time making sure the site they have actually works and they have no shortage of emails advising them of this. Lets be fair now, Tescos did say: "We're getting ready to launch a new and improved Access site later this year" So they did not give a date! They also said: "We're going to be running some trials soon to make sure the new site is really easy to use and we'd like to invite you to get involved." They didn't give date when the trial would start! Rather than take pot shots at a company that actually wants to improve service, why not be a little more positive and patient. Would you rather they say "ready now" only for users to find lots of problems? Far better to give them a chance to get it right.
