Hi Andy, Go into Contacts, then Options, then down to settings. You will hear something like Display last name first. Hit select on it, and it will reverse. Then press Key2, the Back key to get out. You can have your contacts to show last name first, as in Collins Andy, or Christian name first, depending on your settings, I think the default for the 6630 and probably most phones, is to sort in surname order, but like I say, you can change this in the options or phone settings, can't remember where it is, but my point is, if you've changed it under contacts, then it should automatically change when you receive a message from that contact.
