Hi all
I have Norton Antivirus 2001 and renewed subscription (to continue the
updates) in 2002 and last year.

The software now gives me reminder message that it expires in 33 days.
I am told by customer services that 2001 can't be renewed any more, and that
one needs to do upgrade for 2004
If what i was told is correct, please cn someone clarify on the following:

1. does an upgrade overwrite the original software? If not then I assume
the original software needs to be removed.

2. Do I need to do anything regarding Jaws, for te upgrade to install.

3. Once upgrade is complete do I use the 2004 software same way as
the 2001 In other words if one is used to using 2001 is anything different
for 2004 as regards how it's used.

4. Does an upgrade look at the original settings, and thus set same way.

Many thanks

Regards,
Derek
