[access-uk] Norton privacy control

Hi there, My husband has had to reload Norton 2005, we bought the whole
package and it didn't load properly the first time, now it's loaded fine but
the e-mail won't come down with the privacy control on, so we have to turn
it off to receive the mail, which is a bit of a pain and a problem. has
anyone got any suggestions as how to remedy this, thanks for your help, we
are on broadband.
