Hi David Thanks, that is helpful to know. We have been listening to a couple of good podcasts about customising Window-Eyes in Office 13, but I assume most of this applies to 10 as well. I just didn't want to go ahead and install it if it was not applicable for a pre-installed version. I tried customising some of Outlook 2010 using JAWS with the instructions the Window-Eyes podcast gave, and it was interesting that JAWS 16 did not perform that well at all. Sometimes I wish things were standardised across screenreaders, but I understand why this can't be so. I am currently using my laptop as my desktop is away having a spa break! (smile). I have Office Professional 2010 on the laptop which I think is an OEM version because it was put on my machine by the guy who set it up for me. My question is, can I install the free version of Window-Eyes on the laptop as it has Office installed, or does an OEM version not count? Many thanks.
