Hi well how stupid is that! I placed an order via the RNIB online shop using my
iPod Touch 6 running 9.2x, with no problems yet my postcode has a space in it.

Subject: [access-uk] Online shopping with RNIB
Hello John,
I had a similar problem, recently, with the RNIB's online shop. I had to
phone the helpline to place my order and they had a problem processing the
order, too. It turned out to be something to do with the space between the
first and second parts of the postcode. Try deleting the space in yours and,
hopefully, this may fix the problem.
Cheers,
Jay
