Hi.

My contacts in Outlook 2010 are displayed first name/last name but when I
read down the contact list using Jaws 13, Jaws says last name/first name, so
Terry Clasper is Clasper Terry which makes it hard to find contacts at times
because they're in reverse order if you like.

Hope someone can tell me how I can change this annoying thing!

Sue.
