[access-uk] Outlook problems with JAWS

Hi List,
Using JAWS 13, XP Home and Outlook 2003
Something has gone wrong with either my settings or possibly Tool Bars in
Outlook 2003.
When I open up my In-box JAWS reads some details of the last message I
received but if I move the cursor key down to the first new message all JAWS
says is "Unread". No details of the sender's name, subject or date and time
sent. I have to hit the Enter key to find out that information.
If I want to move to a previously opened message with the cursor up key JAWS
stays silent unless I have replied to that message and then just says
"Replied".
I have changed the screen resolution to 1024 by 786 but that has had no
effect.
Can anyone give me any pointers as to my next step please.
