Try this. My TV wasn't speaking properly either but it is now. They come set on the wrong setting.

To get this back to working with voice guidance you need to do the following:

1  Press "Menu", and arrow down to "Setup" for the setup menu.

2 Arrow right to the settings menu and press OK

3 Arrow down to "TV Banner & TV Guide Selection" and press OK

4 "Freetime" is the default setting.  Arrow down to "Panasonic" and press OK

5 Exit the menu by pressing Back button

Your TV should now be back to normal operations.

Please let me know if you have any difficulty. The voice guidance DOES NOT work while doing this operation to you may still need a sighted person to help

Subject: [access-uk] Panasonic Talking TVs

Hi

This is on behalf of a friend.

He recently purchased a Panasonic TV in 2015 but is having a few problems
bringing up the talking EPG.  Another friend has one of these TVs from 2012
without any issues.

He has been advised that RNIB supported 2012 and 2013 TVs but not
afterwards.

Does anyone else have this issue? I look forward to hearing from anyone who
can assist.

Phil
