We will be carrying out planned maintenance affecting our Dial Up
access services as follows:
Thursday 28th April between 02:00 and 06:00 BST
During the above period we will be upgrading switches on our
network, which will affect customers who use our Dial Up services
via the Green and Purple ROMPs.
We anticipate the customer-affecting interruption will last about
15 minutes during the above period. Customers who lose their
connection are advised to wait at least 15 minutes before trying
to reconnect.
We regret any inconvenience this essential work will cause.
