Andy,

The first thing to do is to check if your plasma screen has what is 
variously known as a PC input or D sub socket, it's identical to the socket 
you find on the back of normal PC monitors and your standard monitor cable 
will fit it.
You'll probably find though that you'll have to sort out something else for 
the sound as even TVs with this input tend to forget about providing an 
audio input.
If your TV hasn't got such a socket then you'll need to fit a new video card 
into the PC with a TV output (usually composite or RGB).  You may however 
find that the card drivers don't like JAWS, i have a PC whith such a card 
built in and it works very well until JAWS loads and then it loses the 
screen, remove JAWS and it works again, it's a bit of trial and error I'm 
afraid.
