Hi all, As I couldn't remember the subscription details of the Plextalk list
I thought I would ask my question here in the hopes that someone might know
the answer or remind me of the lists's details.

I am trying to create a DAISY book using the Plextalk recording software.
The DAISY book is being created using MP3 files and these are the steps I am
taking.

I enter the software and select new project. Give it a name and select 64
Bit mono as the recording quality. I put in all the details IE title author
etc. I then select import audio file and set the section marks to take place
when a pause of 3 seconds occurs in the audio. I have tried setting the
create new file for each section to both yes and no.

I then select the MP3 file and after the confirmation the file import
begins.

When the process is finished however, the audio file which is open has no
section marks in it. I use the tab key to select section and then use the up
and down cursor keys to move through the section marks.

When I first attempted this on saturday it worked perfectly and the audio
which appeared in the PRS software had heading marks at the beginning of the
chapters which I was able to get to using the up and down cursor keys. When
I've tried to do the same thing subsequently using the same files and the
same process it doesn't work.

Does anyone know what I am doing wrong?

This is so frustrating.
Cheers
Yusuf
