[access-uk] Pop-up Blockers

Hello,
I'm sure this subject has been discussed here before, but I can't remember
what programs people recommend to block the adverts which pop up when you're
using a browser. I have been asked to recommend such a program to a friend
who already has Spybot and AdAware installed but who is still being bothered
by adverts for things he doesn't want while surfing the web.
