[access-uk] Portable TVs with Audio Description

Hi,
Does anyone know of a list of portable TVs, hopefully around 16 inches or less
that support Audio Description? As an extra question, I switched from using
Windows as my full time OS a few months back and therefore don't use my Nebular
tuner with DigiTV very much so if anyone knows of a Mac tuner which supports AD
