You need the program "GSP Family Tree". I suspect you may
need the software at the following, but Google may help find
alternatives.

Subject: [access-uk] Problem opening a >gft file

Hello everyone,

My wife has been sent a family history file with a .gft
extension.
She cannot find a program which will recognise it. Can
anyone help please?

Best wishes,
