Hi John & All,
Thanks for your interest and suggestion. However this has not worked.
Last night I went into the Outbox and hit "Control A". I then sent myself 3
messages. the second two messages arrived in my Inbox but the first message
never was sent. All 3 messages remained in my Outbox even though the second
two had been sent and arrived. Having come out of Outlook and gone back in,
all 3 messages remained in the Outbox!
while one can live with the problem of the subsequent messages remaining in
the Outbox it is the fact that the first message is never sent that is a
serious problem. The only way to get it to go is to open the message again
and send it a second time with "control enter".
Any ideas would be welcomed.
I am using JAWS 6.20 & WINDOWS XP .

Cheers,

tony

Hello Tony,

I haven't had this problem so don't know if this suggestion will
cure things. However, try pressing CONTROL A whilst in your
Outbox before sending the messages. Perhaps this will make
things
work OK for you.

Regards,
John.
