[access-uk] Problem with web Site

Thanks to all those who replied saying that the www.zonebbs.com web site
was working OK for them.  I guessed that it was a problem with my PC
rather than the web site, and my question now is, why would a web site
present itself as a file to download rather than opening as a web page?
Also, has anyone else experienced this and does anyone have any
suggestions on how to rectify the problem?
