Hi Sandra,

Yes I am using the right card. I have been in touch with Steve, which is where I bought it from, And he told me to buy a card reader, which is what I have done. He also said that when the next upgrade comes out, it might help, with the problem. Since sending my first message, I have now found that I can transfer files to the card, as long as they are not to big.
All the best

Hi Petrina,
Is the four GB card an SDHC card? If it's standard, the Stream doesn't support it. Any SD card over 2 GB has to be SDHC, rather than straightforward SD. Maybe it would explain why your Stream keeps switching off? Hope so anyway.

Cheers,
Sandra.
