[access-uk] Problems with avast pro again.

Hi all,
I asked on the list before and didn't get any response!
I have avast pro on this computer it says it is updading the virus data
base, I can hear it saying it but when I start window's I hear a
message saying virus software might not be installed click on this
message to fix the problem.
I can't uninstall it I get a message saying an error has occurred try
reinstalling or contact support. any help gratefully received.
