[access-uk] Problems with navigating threw folders buy name.

Hello all,
OK here is a strange problem I used to go threw say my dropbox folder
and if a file say winamp I used to put in winam and it would just take
me to the file in question.
Now say I have a folder in dropbox it's not just dropbox that's affected
but I am using this folder as an egsample Just to let you know if I
have say a folder of text books and a book called Kevs book If I hit Kev
it says K E V then just goes to the letter v or what ever the last
letter I hit was! it didn't used to be this way how do I fix it before I
throw the PC out the or throw the window?
I know this is staring me in the face but I am so frustrated I can't put
my finger on it. thanks for any help anyone can give.
I have all my folders in list view. if this helps.
