alternatively you can get "AudioID for Skype", a fre utility that
announces Skype caller ID with sapi 5 speech. YOu can get the program from
http://www.nhandz.com/audioid.htm
skypewatch is currently very limited in its functionality with skype 4.x
and some may find the instructions to set up skypewatch a bit daunting.
