Whichever, I suggest you use the lowest you can get away with if you
want lots of different kinds of people to be able to listen.

With the BlindKiss show, we have previously managed to squish an hour's
worth of audio into about 6 or 7 megabytes in an MP3 file. For people
using modems this was fantastic because there were just no breaks in the
audio when streaming ... But the quality was just a little better than
MediumWave.

Thanks, John. I don't think we've really thought that through yet so
your additional comments are most welcome.

Hello Carol,

You didn't say in your original message whether you intended to put the
MP3 files on the Website for downloading or for streaming and listening
to online. I was making suggestions in respect of having good quality
MP3 files to download and listen to afterwards. If you are wanting them
to be streamed online, then a lower bit rate would be better, such as
has already been suggested.

BFN,
John.
