Hi Ron

Pretty much any neck loop or ear hooks will do the job as it's the telecoil induction coupler that's the business not the cable. I have a variety of them. The Sennhauser is probably the most expensive at around £150 or so. the ear hooks from the RNID are around £22 and the neck loops from the same source are £20 as ate the Conovans ones. The new blue hooks from RNID are brilliant and are just under £100 Totally remote without any adaptor boxes. However the aids are about £3000 each so the cost is there and not the actual device used to listen with.

Hello Roger, tell me where I can get the kind of cable you have. I too have two
digital hearing aids. I thought the BOSE headphones were brilliant and so
comfortable. If your cable is better it must be very special. Of course the
BOSE headphones are very expensive, about £200.

Cheers

Hi Carol

Not any help at all to you but just to gloat this is one field where digital hearing aids win hands down. A neck loop of thin cable is all that is needed and the purest, uncluttered sound you have ever heard. With RF connection I
can walk round the house and garden, and once ever up to the corner shop
with no visible signs I'm listening to anything.

Hearing aids are normally a big pain in the posterior but I don't even
possess a pair of headphones as I have no use for them at all. The sound,
even from the Bose ones, is just too poor.

Hi all,

Sadly, I have to replace my favourite headphones ...

I've had these Sennheiser headphones for some years and, despite the fact
they've been broken for some while, have been able to continue to use
them! Now I need a very comfortable, lightweight, pair, with padding that
goes right across the ear, a headband and ordinary cable and jack.

Any suggestions most welcome - but they must be really lightweight,
comfortable and good quality!
