All I get from RNIB's technical team is an answerphone and a message to contact anothr number as the person is unavailable. Then you contact the alternative number and what do you get, yes you've guessed it, another answer phone with another message giving yet another alternative number, and yes it is the number of the first one you've just tried!!!
