Just ensure that, during installation, you select "screen-reader mode" and you 
should avoid any problems.

Oh Many thanks.  I've been unsure as to whether to download it for a few weeks

Yes, there is now a version of Rapport that works with screen-readers.  If you 
should be unable to locate it, let me know and I'll upload it to Sendspace for

To any online bankers using Natwest, do you know if the Rapport system is 
accessible with a screenreader.  I know at one time it was not, but now I don't 
get the message advising screenreaders not to use this.
