[access-uk] Reading the tool box?

Hello all,
I hope someone can help me over here. I am using VB6 with jaws 7, 8 and 9.
All versions functions fine. But, it is not possible to read the tool box.
Can anyone recommend anything please?
I tried to get on the blind programming list so I can ask questions if I
need to, but have not had luck at all.
