As an antivirus I recommend AVG Free. For antispyware I recommend Ad
Aware, however if you use Window-Eyes the mouse keys are required to
navigate the programme, otherwise it's very usable. I've never tried
Windows Defender, so can't comment on that. Hope that helps.
