Hi David,

Let me look into this for you. In regards to the catalogue upload, this will be 
completed in February and if you go to the section 'New this week' it shows all 
of the titles that have been added in the last seven days. 

We spend a lot of time speaking with service users and take all feedback on 
board, which has resulted us changing or developing certain areas. As always,
