Justine - I had a go with it a couple of weeks ago, and like you, didn't find it too accessible! I think also, that unless you buy it, it only does a basic clean. From what others say, far more advance than I am in these matters, I have decided to leave registry cleaning alone; some feel it can do more harm than good! -
