Hi Andy
I have had a look, and I think this is where you go:
Control Panel, Programs and Features, then highlight the program you want to
uninstall, and bring up the context menu and go to the uninstall icon.
I didn't take it any further than that, for obvious reasons, but it looks as
though that's your target mate.

I need to uninstall JAWS 8 and install 9, to run in demo mode until my
authorisation is sorted. However, I cannot find Remove Programmes in the
Control Panel.
Anyone please tell me if it's been renamed please.
