Hello Eliner
If you are talking about the sangsun n c 10, then all you have to do is to place your hand under the net book near the back where the battery is located and you find two switches which you push away from you I think and then at the same time gently remove the battery pack. I have just don this myself to refresh my own memory and it worked for me. If you are not using it for a few months, then you may have to charge it up again if you intend to use it again.

Hope this helps

Good luck

Martin.

how do I do this please? I think there are clips on the back and that it is a very simple process. I waft to remove the battery pack as the machine will not be used for about 3 months. Will the battery pack be OK FOR THAT PERIOD ONCE REMOVED?
