You should reset your laptop back to its factory default settings, you can
either do this through the control panel recovery options or there maybe a tool
that came with your laptop which allows you to restore the laptop to a factory
image. You should consult the instructions that came with your machine or if
you can provide us with the details of the make and model of laptop, that will
go a little further to helping us solve your query.
