Hi Ron,

I want to replace all the tab points in a wword document
with
spaces but cannot just press control H and the tab key.
Could
anyone please tell me the code and how to insert it into
the
"replace" box.

In the Replace box, three presses of Tab will get you to the More button, which drops down some extra options. Eight more presses of Tab will get you to the Special button, which produces a list of special characters. Tab is the second on the list. If you arrow to it and press enter, the caret-t will appear in the find box; you can then tab to the replace box and press space. You will then be able to replace.

The extended options part of the replace dialog will then
appear every time you do control-H (at least it does in my
version of Word, 2003), but you can tab to the Less button
and press Enter to shrink it back to normal.

Hope this helps,
