[access-uk] Restoring Backup

Using Windows 7 Home Edition 64 bit
I have deleted a file of music by mistake. I’ve used Recuva to find these files
but not all are available. This deletion happened on Monday and each Sunday I
automatically do a full backup using the Windows program on my Control Panel.
I’ve looked on this to see if I can do a part restore and it seems to be set up
for a full restore only. Naturally this is not what I want in these
circumstances.
Any help and guidance will be much appreciated.
