If you mean how do you do a mouse click then you turn off track pad commander and do a mouse click on your actual trackpad. Turn off track pad commander with vo and rota gesture. If you want to emulate a mouse click on the keyboard without turning off trackpad commander then you hit shift VO Spacebar.
