Hi,

   I now use Sainsburys telephone service which is free
as it uses an 0800 telephone number.
   You speak to a person who will trawl through their
various food categories for you and when you have ended
your list of goods, they will send you an emmail listing
the goods you ordered, their price, and the time and dat
   of delivery you asked for. Any amendments or
additional goods needed can be made up to 6.00 P. M
   before the delivery date. It get quicker as you place
your weekly order as the helper will, if requested, run
through a previous order with you just saying yes or no
   to each item. All the assistants are very helpfull and
friendly! I will send you their telephone number if you are
interested! [smile]
