Hi. There is no costly speech program that is installed on the Samsung
S6. Samsing phones just like any other Android phones come
pre-installed with Talkback and don't let anyone tell you any
different. Sounds like some Apple junky must of put that rumor out.
You just hold down with 2 fingers on the setup screen and Talkback
will come up talking. You can set the tripple tap of the home key to
have Talkback turn off and on.

Hi Steve
I have been looking at the Samsung 6S phone. The reason I am asking this
question is that the Samsung 6 that I was shown had a very costly speech
program put into it, and so I am wondering if this is necessary?

Hi,

If you can be more specific as to which tablets, we can answer more
fully,
but in general, yes, they have speech built in.

All the best
