for what its worth, I can only think to use the save facility which
automatically puts them into My documents but I usually save as txt files.
Sorry don't know enough to deal with as a block entry.

Subject: [access-uk] Saving Emails into Word

Hi All

A friend who has Win98SE wishes to save a selection of emails into a Word
folder for reference purposes. She has asked me if it's possible to do this
as a block save or move without the laborious job of saving them one at a
time. Any thoughts please?

Roger
