[access-uk] Saving webpages to play on Victor Stream

Hi, can anyone tell me what the best format to save webpages to play on the
Stream is? I've been saving pages from newspaper sites but reading them back
is a bit of a chore. For instance where the is a pound sign, Stream says 250
and where there'a an apostrophe or quote marks, Stream announces something
that sounds like and quot. It's annoying so ta in advance.
