Hi,

Try adjusting the brightness then, or setting to greyscale.

Otherwise, the Canon LiDe range are good little scanners.

All the best

Steve

Hi,

What scanner engine are you using in K1000?

Before you rush out and buy another scanner, try the FineReader engine.

All the best

Subject: [access-uk] Scanner recommendation?

Good afternoon all,
can anyone recommend me a good a4 scanner that would work with OCR,
especially with K1000? The scanners I have do not get the accuracy I would
like to get. What specifications do I need to look for if I am going to get
one that would work fine?
