[access-uk] Scanners and Kurzweil 9

Hi
I understand that it is down to the twain software interface that the
manufacturer supplies with their scanner. Thus it is a gamble that a
particular scanner not on the Kurzweil list will work.
>From my experience and from that of other contributers, that maybe, a guide
can be taken loosley from the manufacturer.
I've used:
Epson 1240U & CX36500
Cannon 330P and another can't remember.
Plustek A3
I've tried a Mustek 1200U which would not work.
Not sure if the K1000 list is still up and running, or whether the archives are
available. But they may be a good resource of scanners used.
