Saqib,
I use a mainstream HP printer/copier/scanner. It cost about £60 a few years
ago, and can do all three functions, with OCR capability built in to the
scanner function.
It isn't perfect, but for just scanning the few items of mail I haven't
converted to on line provision it is fine. From the way you described your
need, I think something like this would do the job.
I can't remember the model, but it probably isn't available anymore anyway.
There will be something in the range that does all this, and probably more
besides.
